All merchandises are checked and inspected before they are shipped. Lenike.com will provide full refunds for the merchandise only (For all free shipping items, a $25 shipping & handling fee will be retained to cover shipping charge). Customers will be responsible for all shipping fees. We can only guarantee that the shoes will be brand new and in high quality. We will not be able to guarantee the condition of the shoebox.

Exchange: Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to Lenike.com, and also requested to pay $25 to us. The $25 will be used ship the exchanged item back to the buyer. Returns and exchanges back to Legucci.com must be posted marked within 3 days your request has been approved.
